You have to return goods of proper quality
After pre-ordering and receiving the book, you have the right to return a book of good quality purchased from us or exchange for a similar one, if the goods did not satisfy you in shape, dimensions, style, color or size.
Return / exchange of books of good quality is carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase, excluding the day of purchase (upon receipt of books by courier service - the countdown of 14 days starts from the date of receipt).
Notes: The return of books of proper quality is carried out within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the books have not been used and has been preserved, also payment documents must be available.
Return / exchange of goods of good quality is made only in situations when books have not been used, the presentation, equipment, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as the payment document are preserved.
The list of goods which are not a subject to return in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine" On Protection of Consumer Rights "" dated 19.03.1994 No. 172.
